Grand Casinos Hotel Biloxi is a subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment and Harrah s Entertainment. Grand Casino Biloxi is a complete resort with two luxury hotel towers, a full-service spa and salon, 10 restaurants, a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, an 1,800-seat theatre, a Gulf view pool, 42,000 square foot of meeting and convention space, a nightclub and shopping. The resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Biloxi's Casino Row. Caesars Entertainment merged with Harrah's Entertainment on June 13, 2005, creating the world's largest gaming company, with more than 40 casinos in three countries. The merged company is based in Las Vegas, where it operates Caesars Palace and five other major casino resorts.
