Established in 1999, Have Haven is a nonprofit organization that specializes in providing children care and services. The organization serves abused, neglected and exploited children throughout Texas. The Have Haven Residential Treatment Center provides a range of therapeutic services, including drug counseling, psychiatric care, therapeutic recreational activities and individual and group therapies to girl between the ages of 10 to 17. The Have Haven Child Placing Agency provides foster care to children aged birth through 18. Have Haven also offers psychotherapy, treatment planning, and case and medication management services. In addition, it offers a transitional living home for children over the age of 14, as well as parent support and training services. Have Haven maintains a location in Houston.
