OUR lives are filled with relationships Friendship. Significant other. Parent. Child. Intimate partner. ETC. Relationships are everywhere. When OUR relationships are stressed and struggle. SO DO other areas of life. It is NOT uncommon to experience feelings of Depression. Anger. Or stress and Also BE experiencing disconnection within a relationship. The "disconnection feeling" is threatening and scary resulting in feeling alone. It is easy to withdraw. Turn attention inward. In an effort to hide the disconnection. Unfortunately. This only creates a larger feeling of disconnection in OUR most important relationships. This is a dangerous cycle that TOO many people frequently GET stuck in.
