We are dedicated to providing the highest quality rehabilitation and therapy to individuals through a team approach consisting of the therapist, referring physician and most importantly, the patient/client. It is our desire to assist an individual to return to a full and rewarding life. History Health-Pro Physical Therapy, Inc. has been active in the community for over 30 years. The clinic is owned and managed by Sandra Schall, PT, CCI, CWcHP. Recently opened this second clinic in Concord. The goal of the clinic is to continue to serve the Concord area, providing excellent therapy services to the community.
