Ordering was easy and for the price we were amazed at how tasty and beautiful our setup was. The staff was very professional, yet friendly and willing to help beyond their duties, and offered great advice and helped me get the decorations up. Not to many caterers, I believe, will gladly climb a ladder with paper lanterns, but we got lucky! Panic does not even begin to cover it. After calling around town I was pretty much laughed at for trying to set up anything besides boxed sandwich lunches with chips. Needless to say that was going to do the trick. The last place I called was Heart & Soul. What a life saver! I spoke with a sweet girl named Jennifer who not only was able to assure me it was doable, she emailed me a fab menu that came under my budget! The day of the shower I was able to meet Michael Francis, the new owner and had a really sweet guy named Shawn set up everything and handled everything threw out the event. I recommend this company to anyone! They could not have been nicer! *DO NOT TRUST,Heart and Soul ...bydisgruntled889on07/29/2011*DO NOT TRUST,Heart and Soul catering came highly recommended to me by an associate of Chuck Goldstein, however, after they cancelled on me 4 days prior to my event, I couldn't recommend such an undependable business to cater any important function. He alluded the reasoning behind the cancellation was the "sudden" addition of another, more lucrative event in place of my own. Leaving me with such little time to reschedule a new caterer is not only unprofessional, but blatantly rude and inconsiderate. Overall, this company doesn't even deserve one star from my experience.
