Henry J. Bruck (Sr) started a funeral business in a store front on Broadway in 1932 then converted his family's grocery store on Smith Avenue into a funeral home. In 1976 Henry j. Bruck funeral Home, Inc. relocated to a beautiful 1890 circa Victorian home at 261 Broadway, Kingston, NY, our only location. Since then we have added two spacious chapels for viewing and services and converted the adjoining areas into rooms for a quiet reflection. Our building is a handicap accessible at the rear entrance. Second and third generation funeral directors, Henry J. (Jack) Bruck and his daughter, Amanda L. Bruck-Little, like their father and grandfather, take pride and satisfaction in continuing to provide a personal touch to detail and professionalism in serving families of all faiths whether death occurs in Kingston, the surrounding communities and counties, out of the area, out of the state or out of the country. Our funeral home is a full service funeral home that provides traditional and non-traditional funerals, memorial services and cremation choices for immediate at need funerals any hour of the day or night. We are also available to discuss making per-arrangements in your home or ours at your convenience. You determine the funeral or memorial service that is appropriate for you or your loved one while keeping within your financial means. We are a member of New York State Funeral Directors Association's Pre Plan. "New York State Law mandates that all contracts for pre funded funerals executed by applicants for or recipients of Medicaid be irrevocable."
