We believe this is especially important families. * We do personal contract with the caregiver & regular home visits with the client's, * We randomly install Nanny Cams in our client's home to assure we leave no room for error. * We give random drug test to " ALL " employees in the field and the office to assure a drug free company. * We offer 24 Hour Vent Line to all our employees because home care can be come stressful and people personality clash so to prevent drama and stress. We set us this line so employees can vent openly to us not each other and this is a great gossip prevention. So over all the 24 Hour Vent Line is for the good of everyone invloved and it continues to create an atomosphere of PEACE in the client's home.
