We have carefully blended state of the art support services, needed to assist members of the elderly community, while preserving the era of graciousness of a time past that holds so many precious memories.
Higley Mansion's fees are paid on a monthly basis. The fee is based on the suite size and includes all meals, housekeeping, laundry and nursing assistance. Any additional services requested by the resident that are not included in the admission agreement will be itemized on the monthly statement. Additional services are the personal choice of the resident and are provided individually per request/order of the resident.
Private bathroom, roomy closets and a lovely view from spacious windows are included in every suite. One of the most distinctive and appreciated features we offer is the wide variety of suites and mini-suites from which to choose, thereby making each resident's area unique.
Higley Mansion has the capacity to house 50 individuals. There are many common areas available for the resident to enjoy. The bedroom is the private domain of the resident. The resident may furnish their room according to their personal taste. They are encouraged to bring furnishings from home. There is no reason to give up a familiar bedroom arrangement. All items brought into the care center remain the personal property of the individual.
