The Hmong American Mutual Assistance Association, also known as HAMAA, administers the Hmong Economic Development (HED), Neighborhood Home Buyers Club (NHBC), Center for Hmong Adolescent Development (CHAD), Academic Barriers Challengers (ABC) and Council of Hmong Elders (CHE) programs. It offers housing and family homes, education and health initiative services. The organization also works to foster small business development. The Hmong American Mutual Assistance Association is located in Minneapolis.
