C. N. Hodges Elementary School is a Title I school that has been operational for more than 50 years and offers a variety of educational services to over 500 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school provides various programs for development of the academic growth, physical skills and character of students. Its academic curriculum includes various subjects, such as math, physical education, language arts, music and science. The school offers a reading program that focuses on phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary development and comprehension skills. It also provides bilingual and special education programs.
