Hofstadter Analytical Services Specializes in Structural and Thermal Analysis of Opto-Mechanical Systems, Sensors, and Electronic Devices. Thermal Analysis and Control Laboratory-Based Equipment Airborne, Watercraft, and Ground Vehicle-Based Equipment Our customers include aerospace companies developing remote sensors for both commercial and military applications, optics companies dealing with optical support issues, astronomical observatories involved with equipment development, and with groups in academia dealing with spacecraft sensor development. We employ both closed-form and numerical methods, tailoring each analysis to our customer's requirements. Where finite-element analysis is required, we have NEi/NASTRAN and other codes available in-house. We also have finite-difference codes, such as SINDA/G, for thermal analysis. In addition to our own CAD system, we have on-site access to Pro/E and Solid Works through our design partners. This allows us to evaluate your product directly from your design models.
