The Holistic Self Care Center provides wellness therapies and health related counseling. Located in Nashua, N.H., the center offers a range of services, such as acupuncture, reiki, polarity, galvanic spa, quantum biofeedback, massage and ear coning. It also provides counseling nutrition, weight management, nutraceutical supplementation and hypnotherapy services. Additionally, the self care center also conducts several movement classes in body awakening energetic stretch, gentle yoga, belly dancing and Tai-Chi.
