With more than 30 years of experience, the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland is a member-led organization that provides a variety of education and research programs for state and federal governments. It offers monitoring and reporting solutions in cases related to service development charges, fee increases, code changes and local elections. The organization provides shelter and workforce development programs for low-income families. It additionally offers new construction, renovation, remodeling, training and certification services for its members. The organization also provides a range of community-based scholarship and donation programs and supports several nonprofit organizations, schools and colleges. The Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland is located in Lake Oswego, Ore.
