We are a professional rental cleaning service meant for property owners, renters and property management companies. We only clean vacant units and offer free biding on properties around the Wasatch. All jobs are done with professionalism and in a timely manner. Our rates are competitive and we always get the job done to the standards of the client, or we return to make it right. We posses all supplies and tools needed to complete any rental cleaning job. Upon request a separate bid for minor maintenance can also be submitted for the property. On such items as towel and toilet paper bar tightening/replacement installing new faucets, shower rods, lights bulbs/ shades, ect. We can talk about other maintenance that might need to be done on the property to get it rent ready.
