Our Guardian Brand Fiberglass insulation is Greenguard Certified and superior to cellulose due to its properties of being non-combustible and non-absorbent. Our insulation is also untreated with chemicals such as formaldehyde, fire-retardants and mold inhibitors. It is also made with an industry-leading 35% recycled glass material. Our Ultra Fit blown wall cavity insulation will give you an R-15 rating in a 2x4, and R-22 in a 2x6 frame. Attic Guard Fiberglass can be blown to a depth of over an R-30 without concerns of exceeding backload weight limits exposing potential sagging of drywall per the Gypsum Construction Handbook.
