Established in 1972, Houlihan's revolutionized the concept of casual dining. It offers a range of food items with a selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks. The group operates more than 90 restaurants throughout the United States. Its menu features chicken wings, stuffed potato skins, bruschetta, grilled flatbread pizzas, fried shrimp, fajitas and specialty burgers. The restaurants serve entrees with soups and salads. Houlihan's, with a location in Richfield, Minn., also organizes live entertainment shows. The restaurants drink menus feature a variety of martinis, spirits, wines and beer. Houlihan's is owned by Houlihan's Restaurants, which manages more than 100 food establishments, including Bristol Seafood Grill and J. Gilbert's Wood-Fired Steaks locations.
