Started in 1999, HSAO Inc. provides behavioral health solutions to both children and adults. Based in Pittsburgh, Pa., the firm offers a number of services, consisting of justice-related diversion and support services, justice-related services state support and Allegheny County Mental Health Court, to name a few.
