Established in 1928, Sam Hughes Elementary School serves more than 300 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school s educational program includes instruction in various subjects, such as English, math, science, social studies, language arts and health education. It also provides Waterford Technology, GATE Plus and Opening Minds Through the Arts (OMA) programs.
