P.A. Leonard Marchetta has been a well-known figure in the medical community on the South Shore of Staten Island for over 20 years. He attended St. Johns University, Queens, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree.
In 1989, Lenny completed the Physician’s Assistant Certification Program at Bayley Seton Hospital. He worked at Richmond Memorial Hospital (now known as Staten Island University Hospital) for 15 years.
At the same time, he practiced internal medicine with Dr. Arthur Rothman. Over the years, he has practiced with a series of other well-known S.I. physicians, earning the respect and loyalty of many patients, who affectionately refer to him as "Doctor" Lenny.
