Humphrey's by the Bay offers a bay-front dining experience for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. Its breakfast menu includes a continental breakfast buffet; fresh fruit; lox, bagel and cream cheese; pancakes; waffles; steak and eggs; and Mediterranean sausage scramble. The restaurant s lunch menu includes marinated shrimp, grilled skirt steak, crab cake, lobster bisque, grilled chicken Panini and baked swordfish. Humphrey's dinner menu contains baked oysters, chilled marinated shrimp, wild mushroom tart, Cajun shrimp and corn chowder, roast rack of lamb and halibut macadamia. For brunch, Humphrey's by the Bay sets up a variety of stations, such as omelet, pasta, dessert, seafood, cheese and salads.
