IHA, also known as Integrated Health Associates, offers a range of medical services. Founded in 1994, the agency serves more than 270,000 patients in Washtenaw, Livingston, Lenawee and Wayne counties in Michigan. It provides services in the areas of family medicine, gynecology, pediatrics and obstetrics. The agency offers X-ray, ultrasound and CT scan services. It provides mental health care, surgical, and cancer detection and treatment services. The agency owns and operates ClinSite, which conducts research in dermatology, endocrinology, neurology, ophthalmology and urology fields. It is affiliated with the Saint Joseph Mercy Health System and the University of Michigan. IHA manages a staff of over 140 physicians.
