Located in Chicago, the Illinois Migrant Council is a community-based nonprofit organization that promotes employment, educational and other opportunities for Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFW). It offers a range of services that includes outreach and assessment case management and employment assistance. The council also teaches English as a second language and offers bilingual precitizenship preparative services to farmworkers who are interested in the United States naturalization.
