Established in 1990, Illinois School of Health Careers provides health care training and education. Located in Chicago, Ill., the center offers a series of services in assistance in resume preparation, job interview techniques and job search strategies for securing entry-level employment. It also offers dental assistant, medical assistant as well as patient care tech programs. Through its dental programs, the school assists in taking X-rays, impressions and other dental procedures. Its medical assistant program offers curriculum combining administrative and clinical experience with a phlebotomy component.
