Imperial began as a one-man coffee company serving Tulsa, Okla., with annual sales of $30,000. The company has grown to employ more than 300 Oklahomans and serves Tulsa, Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. Its annual sales have grown to $25 million. The company offers vending, catering, corporate dining and coffee service. Imperial s commissary produces deli sandwiches, baked potatoes, salads, homemade soup and entrees daily. Its Sivetz coffee roaster serves the company s customers with coffee that is roasted, packed and delivered to the location within 48 hours of production. Along with a location in Tulsa, Imperial has offices in Oklahoma City and Springdale, Ark.
