I specialize in working with women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, abusive relationships and trauma. Within a safe and nonjudgmental environment, compelling and lasting changes can be made so that you can become a happier, healthier you.
I received my master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University in Seattle and currently work part-time at LifeWire, a domestic violence agency. I have worked there for four years and support survivors using a variety of therapeutic techniques.

I have extensive experience in working with trauma, PTSD and the challenges accompany PTSD. Depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem can be helped using different therapies in which I am trained and experienced. I specialize in working with adult Women.
I believe that therapy works best when the client and therapist work together in approaching the challenges you have. You know yourself better than anyone else and it is my belief that we all can make the best decisions for ourselves with outside, objective insight.
