My vision is to offer the best service possible to my customers. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I have extensive education and hands-on experience in home improvement. Continuing learning has always been a priority for me. I am constantly learning more about the industry.
I was born and raised in Mexico City. In 1991 I graduated as an electric technician. In 1992 I moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan. I immediately enrolled in Washtenaw Community College for the automotive technology program. On May of 1997 I graduated with high honors and made the Dean's list. On June of 1997, I moved to Minneapolis. I worked from July to October of 1997 doing home improvement and landscaping. From October to February 1998, I worked as a supervisor/roof installer for Horizon Exteriors. From February of 1998 to February 2001, I worked simultaneously at Mesaba Airlines and Starkey Labs doing customer service and international account representative, respectively. On March of 2001 I started working as a supervisor/ utility locator. In 2002 I moved temporarily to Miami Beach where I once again worked remodeling houses.
Upon my return on January of 2003 I started doing home inspections. In March of 2003 I became a US citizen. In May of 2003 I became a member of ASHI®. The same month, I completed enough credits for my business degree from Normandale Community College. In June, 2003 I created InspectuCasa IC Inspections LLC. Ever since, we have completed hundreds of inspections, with hundreds of satisfied clients. It would be our pleasure to add your name to the list. Structure Inspection such as foundation, crawl space, footings/columns, floors, walls, and chimneys
Roofing which includes structure, coverings, flashings, skylights, vents and stacks.
Electrical inspection for service drop conductors, grounding, panels/sub panels, circuits, outlets, GFCIs, circuit integrity.
Heating and air-conditioning inspection of combustion systems, AC components, supply/discharge lines, venting, ductwork/registers, and controls/thermostats
Plumbing inspection of main supply line, the distribution lines, fixtures, vents/traps/drains, and functional flow
