In January 1999, The Integral Group implemented a corporate strategy and converted to a holding company structure, with three vertically integrated subsidiaries. These subsidiaries provide real estate, construction management and property management services. Integral Properties offers conventional real estate services to a variety of clients and specialized development and consulting services through public private partnerships formed specifically to rebuild entire neighborhoods. Integral Building Group provides general construction, construction management and program management services on commercial, mixed-use, residential, infrastructure, education and aviation projects. IMS Management Services provides property management and asset management services on multi-family residential, commercial, retail and mixed-use projects.
