The International Spy Museum is a public museum in the United States that provides a global perspective on the profession of espionage. It features a collection of international spy-related artifacts on public display. The museum is spread over an area of more than 63,000 square feet. The International Spy Museum has an over 20,000-square-foot exhibition space. It offers an orientation to the techniques, tools and other tradecrafts associated with espionage. The museum s visitors watch a briefing film and tour the facility where nearly 200 artifacts are displayed. The International Spy Museum also includes exhibits about audio surveillance, threat analysis and maintaining one's cover. Its collection includes concealment devices, sabotage weapons, cipher machines, dead drops, secret writings and microdots. The International Spy Museum complex offers a variety of private dining facilities for special events. The museum provides lectures and family activities featuring people involved in espionage. It has received the ADDY Award from The American Advertising Federation.
