Goal & Mission:
To enrich Iredell County through the presentation of choral music and the continuing development of the choral arts. We will strive to maintain excellence, diversity, and a commitment to choral education.
Purpose:
To tri-annually produce a season of choral music incorporating the highest musical quality. To achieve this goal, we will offer several separate choirs which will rehearse up to three times per week in order to prepare for concerts. Additionally, we will strive to enhance music education in our community by affording qualified middle, high school, and college students, as well as adults the opportunity to participate in any choir they choose.
Primary Objectives:
Ongoing improvement of the ICS's artistic product, and the development of greater involvement and interest in choral events within the Iredell community.
