Jack's Oyster House

Operational for more than 90 years, Jack s Oyster House is a family-owned, New York-style restaurant. Opened in 1913 by Jack Rosenstein in Albany, N.Y., it features original wood paneling in the dining room and photographs on the walls that reflect an Albany of an earlier era. The restaurant s menu includes a variety of appetizers, soups, salads, entrees and sides. Its specialties include chopped sirloin, filet mignon, stuffed chicken breast, Manhattan clam chowder and Mediterranean grilled pizza. Jack s Oyster House has space available for rehearsal dinners, business and legislative functions, retirement and holiday parties, birthdays, anniversaries and bat mitzvahs. It can accommodate up to 200 guests.
