This program is offered to assist cancer center patients and their families throughout their cancer treatment process. Our program helps patients and their families find, organize, and utilize the numerous resources, treatment services, and support services available that they need to receive the best care possible and ensure a very good experience.
Our Patient Navigator and trained Volunteer Navigators help patients connect with any needed support such as nutritional guidance, chaplain services, counseling, or social work.
