This is a service many firms do not do, but in order to ensure your design maintains full integrity, we feel it's an essential service. We also work with the plumber and HVAC contractor or MEP engineer to coordinate these systems with your interior so that items such as duct return grills and thermostats do not end up in unsightly places and to ensure that there is proper space planned for large elements such as air handlers, water heaters & duct work. Bidding & Contract Negotiations We partner with our clients, guiding them through contractor selection using a managed bidding process then assist the you in analyzing and comparing bids of any construction contracts. Again, we are advocates for our clients and want the experience to be positive in all aspects. Construction Administration We perform management services during construction to assist clients and contractors ensuring accurate interpretation and building quality. Project Management Jeffrey Baker creates a customized project plan for management services for projects ensuring proper timetables and deadlines are met and to ensure zero defect quality standards.
