Before starting my private practice in 2008, I spent seven years working at a local community mental health agency with children ages three to eighteen and their families. I provided individual, family and group therapy to my clients. While there, I gained invaluable clinical experience that I now bring with me into my practice. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches in my work with clients and believe that all clients come into therapy with their own unique skills and strengths. My approach is both collaborative and supportive.
