Welcome to Jessica Kempen photography! I am Jessica, and let me tell you a bit about myself and my love of photography.
I think everyone has memories that they wish were photographed- sweet to the mind and nostalgic to the point of feeling like yesterday. I have always been one to enjoy "discovering" the old photographs from when I was growing up or the portraits of my parents and grandparents. There is a beauty to all photographs, a story that speaks to us even if we can not hear all the words, they connect to our soul.
I want my photographs to capture all of those emotions and more- to be a true representation of the person in front of my lens¿ As such I want you to be comfortable and to have a good time while being able to just be yourself. I am relaxed, easy going, and am very upbeat- seldom will you find me without a smile.
Your memories will be captured with the art of painting with light- photography. Photographs are not just pictures; they are memories and a record of dreams and hopes.
I am very passionate about my love for photography, and it is truly something I wish to share. I believe that photography is an art form that everyone can learn and appreciate- though like any form of art it takes years of work through trial and error.
