Informations
Juvenile law involves crimes committed by or against minors. Legally, anyone under eighteen is a minor. All such crimes begin in Juvenile Court. They may end there, or be sent up to Circuit Court.

The greatest difference between juvenile law and criminal law in general is procedures, otherwise, criminal and juvenile law are pretty similar.

Will and trust litigation is the making of court appearances or trying a case regarding a will, trust or other estate planning document.

The most common will litigation is the will contest. A will contest is a court case over who will inherit under a will or whether or not a will is valid.

Trusts are commonly involved in litigation as plaintiffs against a trustee or as the subject matter itself in trust busting. Trust busting is when a court disbands the trust and the assets are distributed among the beneficiaries.
