Pebbles Casual Dining Restaurant is an award-winning, upscale restaurant with three locations in Florida. The menu at Pebbles features an array of appetizers, light meals and ample entrees, but the restaurant is known for its signature grilled chicken, smoked duck and Mediterranean salads. Some of its entrees include chicken avocado, beef thumbits and strawberry-glazed duck, all of which a Pebbles server can match with the appropriate wine. The first Pebbles restaurant was opened in Longwood, Fla., in 1986. In 1998, the company began expansion plans via a licensing agreement with Pebbles Worldwide, the exclusive licensee of Pebbles restaurants. The company subsequently opened locations in Orlando and Winter Park, Fla.
