Located in Englewood, Colo., the Johnson Adult Day Center is a community-based program unit for people with memory loss, dementia, Alzheimer s disease and Parkinson s diseases. The centre organizes various activities that include exercises, music shows, arts and crafts, day trips and social interaction. The Johnson Adult Day Center is operated by the Colorado Health Foundation, which is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization located in Denver. The foundation offers health and respite care services, as well as health leadership and policy development programs. It also operates medical education programs for senior citizens, mothers and infants. The foundation partners with more than two HealthONE hospitals, which operate various residency training programs.
