Everyone has heard of chiropractic... but do you really know what we do or what symptoms we treat? It is actually very simple, our spine is made up of many small bones(Vertebra) all connected by spongy pads(disc) that separate each bone like a chain all working together to create movement. All these small bones are supposed to move independently from one another, but often because of stress of our everyday lifestyle, injuries, posture etc...one or more of these bones can become fixated or stuck, lacking movement in that region. Each disc in between thrives or only lives on motion pumping fluids in and out keeping it moist and healthy.
