With 28 years experience, my goal is to handle an uncontested divorce for a client for a fee of $500 plus filing fees assuming that all the issues have already been resolved between the parties. I will schedule an appointment with a client, meet with him or her, file all the necessary paperwork, get the other party served, attend the court hearing and prepare the proper orders to ultimately deliver a Final Judgment of Divorce to the client for a fee of $500.
