Julio's Enterprises is the company behind Julio s Restaurant. The restaurant is a locally owned Omaha, Neb., original. Julio s Restaurant was established in 1977. The Tex-Mex grill s menu includes more than 10 enchilada flavors to choose from. Its menu also includes gourmet burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, tacos, tostadas, taco salads and fajitas. Vegetarian items, which include a garden fajita, and kid s item selections, such as peanut butter and jelly and chicken fingers, are also included on the menu. Appetizers, desserts, soups and salads complete its menu. Through its Julio s Restaurants locations, Julio's Enterprises has one of the largest tequila selections in the state.
