K&S Associates is a general construction contractor that provides service to businesses and corporations in the greater St. Louis area. Established in 1972, its services include general contracting, design/build and construction management. One of its completed projects was the new 40,000 square foot, $10 million TRACON facility built in the Missouri Research Park. The facility houses up to 100 air traffic controllers in a high-security, high-stress environment. The building was designed and constructed to withstand a blast or natural disaster, while continuing to operate in full capacity. K&S has also built schools, airline terminals, swimming pools, housing complexes, airport control towers, veterinary hospitals and churches.
