Keller's Breads is a small locally owned and operated artisan bakery. Our bread is mixed in small batches with King Arthur unbleached flour and no artificial preservatives. For our signature sourdoughs we use a 100 year old German sourdough starter which allows us to cut down on yeast and improve flavor. Each loaf is hand-rolled. We distribute to grocery stores near our bakery in Des Moines, IA and participate in summer farmer's markets.
