In 1998, C. Kent and Associates, Inc purchased an acre of land in the Real Timbers Subdivision and began construction of several custom homes. Real Timbers Subdivision is an established family community located on the Westbank of New Orleans. It is conveniently located near the Greater New Orleans Crescent City Connection, shopping malls, and area schools. The homes, ranging from 2, 000 square feet and above in size, are placed on 60 x 120 lot size with prices ranging from $200, 000.00 and above. The company has been successful in attracting new clientele through networking, referrals, and home tours. Since Hurricane Katrina, the mission of Kent Custom Homes has been to help rebuild New Orleans. Our objective has been to minimize the stress and anxiety to those devastated by the storm by offering an array of residential construction services required by the insurance companies, SBA, and banks. We have had the honor and privilege of helping several families build and rebuild their homes in the Gentilly and New Orleans East area.
