With a menu that offers selections that range from steak to pasta to sushi, there is something for everyone at Kona Grill. Founded in 1998 in Scottsdale, Ariz., Kona Grill has since expanded its casual dining experience to select markets, including Las Vegas, San Antonio, Kansas City, Mo., and Omaha, Neb. The Denver location opened in 2004. The restaurant s signature dishes include macadamia nut chicken, big island meat loaf, five-spice baby back ribs, lemongrass crusted swordfish and sweet-chili glazed salmon. Each restaurant features an exhibition kitchen, a patio lounge and a sushi bar, which is highlighted by a salt-water aquarium.
