Koniag Education Foundation is a nonprofit organization that funds and supports the education requirements of residents of the Island of Kodiak in Arkansas. The organization has awarded more than $2 million in scholarships and grants for students of the Alutiiq community. Koniag Education Foundation administers scholarships programs for college, university and vocational education. It also coordinates a mentorship program for full-time students who have been awarded a scholarship. The organization provides internship opportunities to students in various subsidiary companies of Koniag Development Corporation. Koniag Education Foundation additionally organizes raffles and offers a variety of prizes.
