Kort Shively Physical Therapy is conveniently located in the Shively Center (the old Dillard's/Bacons's building), south of the intersection of Dixie Highway and the Watterson Expressway (I-264). Our therapists treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions including work injuries, auto accident injuries, sports injuries, back and neck pain, arthritis, pre and post surgical rehab, and A.S.T.Y.M, Vestibular Rehab, Pre-employment testing, F.C.Es other conditions. In addition, a wide range of industrial medicine services are offered, as well as anodyne therapy for diabetic neuropathy.
