On Your First Scheduled Appointment, As a New Patient, It is Recommended that you Arrive Fifteen Minutes Early in Order to Fill Out Necessary Paperwork and Get you Set Up on Our Computer System Efficiently. We Request that you Call Our Office if you Must Be Late or Need to Cancel or Reschedule An Appointment.
