The La Frontera Center is a nonprofit, community-based behavioral health agency. It is also known as LFC and offers nursing assistance and health and medical care services. The center serves children, adults and families in southern Arizona. It is a private center that has been in operation since 1968. The center has more than 20 service locations and serves over 18,000 clients annually. The La Frontera Center offers case management, counseling, and substance abuse identification and treatment services. The center also provides vocational rehabilitation, early intervention, housing and psychiatric acute care services. The La Frontera Center, a member of La Frontera, is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
