You can now receive a "massage" from MARTHA! Martha (Massage and Relaxation Therapy Health Assistant) is our automated massage table. Members like to relax after their workout on this table which massages the back to relax and soothe your muscles. Feels great!
A Chi machine, which has many health benefits, is also available to members.
"Laughter Yoga" is a wonderful way to laugh for no reason and feel better about your whole day!
