Lakeshore Regional 4/C, with funding from the Greater Holland United Way and Volunteer Center, has been granting child care scholarships to help families obtain and maintain reliable and affordable child care. The program assists families with child care costs and registration fees at licensed child care centers and homes. It provides a variety of preschool, head start, and before and after school care programs. The program additionally organizes various workshops and training events. It offers technical assistance, education, referral and financial support services. Lakeshore Regional 4/C is a program of Pathways, which provides support services for families and communities. Pathways maintains a location in Holland, Mich.
